To deliver those services, we need an enthusiastic and customer-focused team. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Lifeguard to join our centre.
The role of the Senior Lifeguard is to ensure customer safety and high standards of service and customer care while working within the centre.
You will report to the duty manager, and in their absence, you will manage the facility, ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard.
You will supervise specific activities, maintain cleanliness standards, and handle and set up equipment safely.
Pool activities rely on your presence. You'll be part of a close-knit and supportive team committed to providing an inclusive leisure hub for the community.

What you’ll need to do the role
We seek candidates with prior experience in a leisure environment, pool supervision, and a can-do attitude.
As a Senior Lifeguard, you must be safety-conscious, vigilant, and capable of handling pressurized situations. Strong swimming skills and holding a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society) or equivalent, along with a first aid qualification, are essential.
