Job summary

LGC is seeking a seasoned Senior Programme Manager to lead the NIHR Life Sciences Industry Implementation Plan, working with the Life Sciences Industry Director and senior partners to translate strategic priorities into coordinated delivery.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams, govern programmes, track progress, and build collaborations across NIHR and external partners, including pharmaceutical companies, to drive system transformation in the UK's life sciences landscape.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in delivering the NIHR Life Sciences Industry Implementation Plan across multiple workstreams and partners.

• Collaborate with senior partners across organisations and industries, including pharma.
• Manage competing priorities and maintain clear communication among collaborators.
