Job summary

Matchtech seeks a senior maintenance leader to ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery of aircraft maintenance across UK and international operations. You will lead Engineering Delivery Managers, Crew Chiefs and Team Leaders in a highly regulated aviation environment.

Ideal candidates will hold an unrestricted UK CAA Part 66 B1 or B2 license or equivalent experience, with strong knowledge of UK CAA/MAA and EASA rules, and a track record of coaching engineering teams and driving continuous

Qualifications

• Unrestricted UK CAA Part 66 B1 or B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer qualification, or equivalent military experience.
• Strong working knowledge of UK CAA, UK MAA and EASA regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and coaching capabilities within an engineering team.
• Experience delivering cultural change and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned aircraft maintenance function under UK CAA, MAA, EASA and company rules.
• Ensure maintenance activities are safe, compliant and within approvals.
• Provide professional leadership to Engineering Delivery Managers, Crew Chiefs and Team Leaders.
• Drive safety, quality and compliance across the engineering organisation.
• Oversee maintenance planning, staffing, tooling and facilities to support operations.
• Manage relationships with customers and stakeholders while balancing regulatory and commercial needs.
