MADFINGER Games is seeking a Senior Level Designer for an on-site role in Brno, Czech Republic. You will design game world locations, build layouts, and implement features in Unreal Engine to deliver immersive, realistic experiences in an open-world FPS setting.

You will collaborate across disciplines to balance gameplay, craft engaging quests and events, and work closely with the art and design teams to raise the bar for players’ journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PC/console game development.
• Strong fundamentals in level design and gameplay scripting.
• Experience with Unreal Engine and open-world layouts.

Responsibilities

• Design attractive game world locations per vision and lore.
• Prepare location layouts and building plans.
• Create greyboxes, terrain, and place assets.
• Collaborate with designers to craft quests, events, and enemies.
• Implement gameplay features in Unreal Engine.
