Job summary

Coleridge Primary School in Rotherham is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a permanent contract to support our Nursery aged pupils. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, experienced and caring professional who engages with families, staff and children in a vibrant school community.

The role is 32.5 hours per week, term-time only, with a starting salary within CLPT 7-11 pro rata to continuous service. Closing date is 20 November 2026 and visits may be arranged.

Qualifications

• Eligible Early Years Level 3 qualification
• Has English and Maths qualification or equivalent
• Capacity to deliver high-quality interactions and age-appropriate interventions in the Early Years

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality interactions and age-appropriate interventions in the Early Years (EYFS).
• Lead by example and be a positive role model to our children.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support learning and development in nursery EYFS settings.
• Engage with families and contribute to staff CPD and school life.
