Job summary

Colmore Education Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery setting in the Midlands. You will provide high-quality care and support early years development in line with EYFS, planning engaging activities and observing progress.

You should be Level 3 qualified in Childcare or Early Years, be caring and enthusiastic, and capable of building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues while safeguarding and promoting welfare.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5.
• Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
• Build warm, positive and trusting relationships with children.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress and development.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
