As a senior lettings negotiator, you will play a key role in helping tenants find suitable properties and supporting landlords throughout the renting process — from marketing and negotiations to tenancy progression and move-in day. Providing outstanding customer service to applicants, landlords, and other stakeholders will be a core part of your role.

You will report directly to the Branch Director.

Responsibilities of a Senior Lettings Negotiator include:

1. Managing applicants daily
2. Generating and conducting property viewings
3. Keeping landlords informed on all matters
4. Negotiating offers
5. Collecting holding deposits and tenancy monies
6. Overseeing tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks
7. Ensuring legal compliance on all offers
8. Providing high levels of customer service
