MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS LETTINGS EXPERIENCE

Requirements:

• Grow volume of new lettings business and income production to the branch.
• Assist with appraisal and instruction of residential rental properties.
• Meet and exceed targets for lettings side of the business.
• Register, qualify and manage applicants.
• Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
• To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
• To implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
• Landlord/Client management.

Required:

• Previous experience within a senior lettings position. Either as a Property Manager or Lettings Negotiator.
• ARLA credited (not essential)
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Listing & valuation experience (desirable)
• Excellent sales ability.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
• The ability to negotiate.
• A full UK driving license.
