Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6pm, Every other Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Lettings Consultant will focus on growing the property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profit. Building excellent rapport with clients to deliver a first-class experience is essential. You will be part of a motivated, target-driven team.

Duties will include:

• Identifying new business opportunities and registering applicants
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating and finalizing tenancies
• Supporting the Branch Manager as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
• Achieving personal and branch sales targets
• Representing the company professionally
• Building strong internal and external relationships

Skills required:

• Experience as a residential Lettings Consultant
• Excellent sales skills
• High customer service standards
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Negotiation skills
• Tenacity and self-motivation to succeed
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels

• Full UK driving license
