Job summary

Fox & Sons, part of Connells Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Manager for our Yeovil branch to lead a high-performing lettings team. You will drive performance, growth and compliance, support valuations and listings, and develop future leaders while delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants in a values-led, market-leading business.

Your Role:

As Senior Lettings Manager, you will have responsibility for the performance, growth and long-term success of our Yeovil residential lettings branch. You will lead, develop and retain a high-performing team while driving market share, compliance and outstanding service for landlords and tenants.

You will oversee day-to-day lettings operations, support valuations and listings and play a key role in developing future leaders. By living our values, you will create a culture where high standards, accountability and collaboration are embedded.

• Proven management experience within residential lettings
• A strong people leader with coaching and development capability

• Strong business generation and market share growth experience

• Confident verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
