SW Estates, an independent agency based in Kensington, is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Consultant to grow our managed portfolio across Central and SW London and deliver exceptional service. In this role you will source new rental instructions, value and market listings, conduct viewings, negotiate tenancies and manage landlord–tenant relationships.

Formación

• 2 years’ lettings experience (negotiator or senior level).
• Proven track record of hitting targets and winning instructions.
• In-depth knowledge of Central & SW London rental market.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence (own vehicle preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source and win new rental instructions
• Value and list properties to let, ensuring accurate pricing and marketing
• Conduct viewings, negotiate tenancies, and progress deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up
• Assist with compliance (Right to Rent checks, tenancy paperwork, etc.)
• Contribute to team targets and business growth
