Job summary

Property Consultants Group is seeking a motivated self-employed Estate Agent to join our growing team in the Greater London area. You will work your own hours in your local area and earn the lion's share of the commissions from property transactions.

No prior estate agency experience is required; we provide tools and training to get you started, and you can progress toward a Level 3 qualification in Estate Agency practice to grow your knowledge and professionalism in the industry.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
• Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices.
• Create listings and market properties for sale or rent.
• Show properties to potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate property appraisals.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the entire transaction process.
• Stay updated on current real estate market trends and changes.
