Qualifications
- Five+ years' experience in legal technology, innovation or legal engineering.
- Strong understanding of how law firms operate and deliver legal services.
- Excellent communication to bridge legal and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve legal processes and client service through technology and innovation.
- Research and evaluate emerging legal technologies, including AI, automation, data and workflow solutions.
- Prototype and pilot solutions, assessing their value and potential for wider adoption.
- Support implementation, stakeholder engagement, training and change.
- Collaborate with lawyers, internal technology teams, clients and external technology providers.
- Stay abreast of legal technology developments and contribute to client-facing innovation initiatives.
