Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Scotland is seeking an accomplished lawyer to join its growing insurance disputes practice, based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years PQE in professional indemnity with experience acting for professionals and insurers on complex and high-value claims.

Advocacy experience is desirable, and the firm welcomes flexible working arrangements as part of a challenging, client-focused litigation role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' PQE in professional indemnity.
• Strong litigation background across PI matters.
• Experience acting for professionals and insurers in complex/high-value claims.
• Advocacy experience is desirable; exposure to Sheriff Court/Court of Session is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advising on pre-litigated and litigated matters within PI.
• Handling a wide range of professional Indemnity cases for insurers and professionals.
• Providing guidance on claims, conduct and service complaints.
