Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is recruiting a Partner to join its litigation team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of matters across personal injury, disease and asbestos-related claims, noise-induced hearing loss, and related EL/PL work.

You will bring a minimum of 5 years' PQE with strong experience in defence PI, motor, counter fraud and medical negligence, plus robust Sheriff Court and Court of Session exposure, including historic abuse cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in litigation.
• Experience in personal injury (defence), motor, counter fraud, medical negligence and EL/PL claims.
• Robust Sheriff Court and Court of Session experience, handling large cases.
• Experience managing sensitive and intricate cases, including historic abuse claims.
