Senior Legal Counsel – Purpose-Driven Legal Role | Remote (UK)

About the Role

You’ll join a collaborative in-house legal team supporting both UK charity operations and international offices (North America, Brazil, China). These are broad, strategic roles offering exposure to:

• Commercial contracts and multi-party collaborations
• IP licensing and brand protection
• Charity law, data privacy, employment, and compliance
• Cross-border legal matters and stakeholder engagement

One role will focus on the Retail Mission, and the other on Plastics, partnering with teams that are catalysing change across industries.

About You

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent)
• 4+ years PQE (guide only), with strong in-house experience
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Familiarity with charity law, data protection, IP, and competition law preferred
• Experience in retail, FMCG, supply chains, or sustainability-driven projects is a plus
