Are you an experienced in-house lawyer with a strong background in renewable energy projects? This is a unique opportunity to shape the legal framework for a fast-growing clean energy business at a pivotal stage of its development.

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide strategic legal guidance across the entire lifecycle of renewable energy projects—from development and financing to construction, operations, and optimisation. Your expertise will ensure the seamless execution of transactions, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance, supporting the company’s continued expansion in the renewable energy sector.

Key Requirements:

1. 8+ years PQE
2. Experience in-house or in private practice, with a focus on renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
3. Deep expertise in engineering, construction, and project operation, including procurement contracts (EPC, O&M), consultancy agreements, and resolving development, delivery, and operational issues.
4. Industry experience in renewable energy — background in energy, mining, oil & gas, engineering, or infrastructure also considered.
5. Exceptional drafting skills for contracts and correspondence, with meticulous attention to detail.
