Hi there, this is Mila Read from Found Legal, specializing in in-house technology lawyer recruitment.

Our client is a global software company seeking a Senior Commercial Technology Lawyer with 8+ PQE.

Location / Remote:

The company's offices are near West London (30-40 min from Waterloo). The team meets in the office once every 1-2 weeks. The office is in a nice location by the river with amenities. The role can be hybrid or remote within the UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium.

Company:

A B-to-B software company with approximately 2,500 employees globally, headquartered in Europe. The legal team comprises around 10-12 lawyers. Established for 30 years, growing 20% annually, with a positive culture and supportive environment.

Role:

• International (EMEA) commercial technology lawyer role, primarily supporting sales activities.
• Collaborative environment with respect from sales, early involvement in projects, and a culture of learning.
• Opportunity to shape your role based on interests due to smaller team size.
• Supportive management and colleagues, with a focus on continuous development.

About you:

• 8+ years of experience as a commercial technology lawyer.
• In-house experience or client secondments supporting Tech/Software vendors or IT services companies preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with experience handling bespoke contracts.
