Job summary

Roche Products Ltd. is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support the General Counsel and a diverse set of stakeholders across the business in the UK and Ireland. You will identify and manage commercial and legal risk, provide pragmatic legal guidance and help shape compliant, commercially sound decisions.

You will lead data privacy operations, review clinical trial agreements, and ensure adherence to the Roche Code of Conduct while partnering with R&D, marketing, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with practice in England & Wales.
• 2–6 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong knowledge of UK data protection laws (UK GDPR).
• Experience in UK/Irish pharmaceutical and healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound legal advice across UK commercial pharmaceutical matters.
• Advise different business units to manage legal risk and compliance.
• Support Data Protection operations and DPO reporting.
• Review and negotiate clinical trial agreements and supplier contracts.
• Ensure ethical compliance with Roche Group Code of Conduct.
• Advise on regulatory matters, litigation risk and enforcement considerations.
