Job summary

Roche Products Ltd is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the General Counsel and advise on UK commercial pharmaceutical law, data protection, and regulatory matters. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to manage legal risk, review clinical trial agreements, and ensure compliance with the Roche Code of Conduct.

The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2–6 years PQE and strong knowledge of UK GDPR and life sciences regulations.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with licensing in England and Wales.
• Experience in UK commercial pharmaceutical law.
• Experience with UK GDPR and data protection.
• Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide UK commercial pharmaceutical law advice to the business.
• Support Data Protection Operations including DSRs and privacy incidents.
• Advise on clinical trial regulations and negotiate CTAs.
• Identify and manage commercial and legal risk across business areas.
