Job Description:

Arbuthnot Yon is working with a leading business seeking to appoint a Commercial Lawyer for a period of 4-6 months on a fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, with applications considered on a full-time or 4-day per week basis.

The key responsibilities include advising on, drafting, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts, including procurement, customer-facing supply, outsourcing agreements, IT contracts, projects, and data privacy issues.

We are interested in candidates with at least 5 years of commercial contract experience, including more senior lawyers. You will join a great team with significant interaction with the wider business. Building strong relationships with colleagues, commercial teams, and senior stakeholders is essential.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible in June or July. Applications will be considered on a full-time or 4-day week basis.
