Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en droit de la concurrence, notamment dans la gestion d'affaires complexes et l'abus de position dominante, et devra être dynamique, orienté vers le détail et capable de travailler sous pression.

Qualifications

• Expérience étendue en droit de la concurrence et compréhension de l'abus de position dominante.
• Capacité à aborder les défis juridiques de manière pragmatique et stratégique.
• Disponible immédiatement ou capacité à commencer rapidement est fortement souhaitée.

Responsibilities

• Fournir des conseils juridiques sur le droit de la concurrence, en se concentrant sur les affaires d'abus de position dominante.
• Conseiller sur des questions de droit de la concurrence nationales et internationales.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe juridique pour fournir des solutions juridiques de haute qualité.

Location: Remote

Contract Type: 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential to go permanent)

We are partnering with a globally recognised household name in their industry, seeking an experienced Senior Competition Lawyer to join their team on a six-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility for the right person to go permanent. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a world-class legal team working on both domestic and international competition law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel on competition law, with a focus on abuse of dominance cases.
• Advise on both domestic and international competition law issues across a range of exciting projects.
• Collaborate with the legal team to deliver high-quality legal solutions with a commercial perspective.
• Manage complex legal matters efficiently and with strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in competition law, with a strong understanding of abuse of dominance.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to work at pace and under pressure.
• Ability to approach legal challenges pragmatically and strategically.
• Experience gained from both private practice and in-house roles is preferred, though candidates from private practice alone will be considered.
• Immediate availability or ability to start at short notice is highly desirable.
