Our client, a top tier real estate business, is seeking a commercial lawyer to act as the primary lawyer for an interesting and modern business unit.
This is an exciting position for an established in-house lawyer to join a global company and work in a fun industry with a variety of in-house legal matters to attend to.
The position:
- Advising on and drafting a variety of commercial contracts including MSAs and consulting agreements.
- Working across UK and EMEA jurisdictions.
- Creating and maintaining contract templates.
- Giving ad hoc legal advice to a variety of commercial colleagues.
About you:
- Good academics and trained with a city firm or equivalent.
- Good personal skills and enjoys being part of a collegiate team.
- Ideally some corporate outsourcing experience.
- A suitable candidate for this role is likely to have at least 8 years of post-qualification experience.
