We are delighted to be partnering with a global financial technology company specialising in FX, Crypto, and Commodities trading to support their search for a Senior Legal Counsel based in their London office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a mid-senior E & W qualified Lawyer working within Financial Services, looking to work at a growing company, very much at the forefront of innovation and creativity in the space!

Key Responsibilities

Advising on all regulatory matters including marketing matters to ensure compliance and acting as a strategic advisor to the exec team to facilitate international growth.
Drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts.
Leading on all dispute prevention and resolution matters to safeguard the business.
Liaising with other stakeholders, providing them with any legal risk from decisions being made and recommendations to ensure compliance and success.
Working on cross border international work and liaising with regulators to ensure compliance and proactiveness.

Qualifications

England and Wales qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE
Currently works within the Fintech/Financial Services industry
Proven experience in regulatory compliance, commercial contracts drafting, and media/marketing compliance
