Job Description:

Our client is a Fortune 500 multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education, and healthcare organizations globally.

Marsden is exclusively retained to place candidates into this thriving business. We have worked with this client on multiple mandates, and they are now looking to expand their established legal team with a senior-level Commercial lawyer with at least 8 years' commercial experience.

You will be a passionate and commercially-minded senior commercial solicitor (c.8-10 PQE), with skills and experience across a broad range of corporate matters, including customer and commercial arrangements, strategic initiatives, new technologies, IP, partnership ecosystems, disputes, and matters of risk, compliance, and ethics. Experience with Public sector procurement teams is a plus.

Key qualities for this role include confidence in contract negotiations, a pragmatic legal approach, and strength in sales team partnering and internal networking. Opportunities for growth, initiative-taking, and increased responsibilities are available.

Solid City commercial experience, ideally with private practice training and in-house exposure, will be beneficial.

Reporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel, Legal, Risk, Ethics, and Compliance, UK & International, there is potential for managing junior team members.
