Une entreprise de gestion d'investissement axée sur l'immobilier recherche un avocat commercial interim au Royaume-Uni pour un contrat de 6 mois. Le candidat prendra en charge des questions commerciales clés, y compris la rédaction de contrats, le conseil sur des questions de propriété intellectuelle et la gestion des contentieux. Cette position hybride permettra au titulaire de travailler 3 à 4 jours par semaine au bureau. Idéalement, vous aurez plus de 5 ans d'expérience en droit commercial, de préférence dans le secteur immobilier.

Qualifications

  • Expérience en tant qu'avocat commercial dans un environnement similaire.
  • Connaissance technique solide et compétences en rédaction de contrats.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement rapide.

Job Description:

Opportunity for an interim UK Commercial Counsel to join the Group legal team of a real estate focused investment manager. This is an initial 6 month FTC to cover for a period of maternity leave with potential to extend or go permanent.

Central London location, hybrid working 3-4 days/week in the office.

Reporting to the Group General Counsel you will take a lead role on commercial matters for the Group including:

  • draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts such as framework agreements, terms and conditions, supply of goods and services agreements, property management agreements
  • responding to complex RFPs
  • advising on broader IP and privacy matters
  • taking a lead role on procurement issues from a legal perspective, advising on risks and managing any disputes

You will be 5+ years PQE as a guide with experience ideally gained in a similar in-house environment as a commercial lawyer. Experience in the real estate sector or related area would be advantageous. Strong technical knowledge, contract drafting skills and ability to work effectively in a fast paced, growth environment are critical.
