Job summary

Battersea Dogs & Cats Home is seeking a Senior Legacy & In Memory Stewardship Officer to lead the Legacy & In Memory Retention and Stewardship programme, delivering a bespoke, personalised, multi-channel stewardship and exceptional supporter care for legacy enquirers, legacy pledgers and in memory donors.

Through building meaningful, long-term relationships with these audiences, the role will help maximise income from a multimillion-pound revenue stream, with interview dates: 23rd November 2026,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering donor stewardship programmes across channels.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with legacy donors.
• Strong communication and supporter care skills.
