Job summary

The University of Cumbria invites applications for the role of Senior Lecturer in CPD and Employer Programmes, across the Faculty of Business, Industry and Leadership.

The post will lead the development and delivery of employer-facing programmes including CPD and Apprenticeships, primarily within Engineering, Computing and Digital, with scope across the Faculty portfolio.

We seek innovative, industry-connected academics who can reflect contemporary practice in curricula and learner experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in CPD and employer programmes within Engineering, Computing or Digital.
• Ability to lead development and delivery of employer-facing programmes.
• Strong collaboration with industry partners and academic staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of CPD and Apprenticeship programmes.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Computing and Digital areas to shape the Faculty portfolio.
• Engage with employers to ensure curricula reflect current industry practices.
