Job summary

Henderson Scott Limited's London-based Legal 500-ranked property team is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join the leasehold enfranchisement practice. The role targets Senior Associate or Legal Director level with at least 7 years’ PQE and a demonstrable portable following.

You will handle high-value enfranchisement matters for landlords and tenants, including advisory, transactional and contentious elements, and contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth in this space.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PQE in property practice, leasehold enfranchisement.

Responsibilities

• Senior solicitor will act for landlords and tenants across the full spectrum of enfranchisement matters.
• Advisory, transactional and contentious work will be handled.
• Work will include lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and strategic rights under enfranchisement legislation.
• Manage high-value, complex cases and coordinate with surveyors and advisers.
• Contribute to growing the practice and mentoring junior staff.
