Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking a technically strong enfranchisement solicitor to join a specialist team handling statutory lease extension and collective enfranchisement for landlords and tenants. You will run complex claims, negotiate settlements and prepare client reports while cultivating relationships across a broad client base in a hybrid working environment.

A large national law firm acting for businesses, public bodies and private clients.

The role

You will join a specialist enfranchisement team acting for large estate landlords, investors, developers and leaseholders. You will run statutory lease extension and collective enfranchisement claims for both landlords and tenants, negotiate settlements, prepare client reports, build client relationships and help with marketing.

What you will need

5 years relevant PQE or more.

Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold enfranchisement (essential).
