Job summary

Northern Education Trust is seeking a Senior Learning Manager to join our Extended Leadership Team. You will hold strategic oversight of pastoral care, safeguarding, attendance and behaviour across a Key Stage, driving high standards and shaping the whole-school pastoral strategy.

You will line manage Learning Managers and ensure every pupil, especially those at risk or facing barriers, is supported to thrive and succeed. NET offers development opportunities and flexible working considerations.

Responsibilities

• Hold strategic oversight of pastoral care, safeguarding, attendance and behaviour across a Key Stage.
• Drive high standards and shape the whole-school pastoral strategy.
• Line manage Learning Managers and support professional development across the pastoral leadership team.
• Ensure every pupil, especially those who are vulnerable or at risk of underachievement, is supported to thrive and succeed.
