Job summary

The Grangefield Academy in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking a Learning Manager to lead student wellbeing, attendance and academic progress. You will work closely with pastoral and teaching staff to support pupils and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment.

This permanent, full-time role offers a Grade 5 SCP 16-18 salary, with 37 hours per week across 41 teaching weeks, and opportunities for professional development within the Northern Education Trust.

• Experience working with students in a school setting.

• Support students to achieve high attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and academic progress.
