Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with Special Educational Needs within an education setting.
• Experience delivering learning interventions and supporting student progress.
• Knowledge of EHCPs and inclusive learning practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a wider support team.
• A proactive, adaptable and positive approach to supporting learners.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEN to access the curriculum and participate in lessons.
• Deliver targeted interventions and assist with EHCPs and pastoral support.
• Prepare learning resources and provide class cover for teaching staff when required.
