I am sourcing an experienced Senior Learning & Development specialist to join an award-winning HR department. This will be for a 12 month contract based in Birmingham on a hybrid basis.
Senior Learning & Development Specialist Key Responsibilities;
- Design and deliver skills training, development, and induction programmes
- Support compliance training and mentoring programmes.
- Introduce and occasionally deliver training sessions, driving L&D innovation.
- Assess training needs, recommend interventions, and support professional qualifications.
- Update the intranet and Learning Management System.
- Use psychometric tools for L&D purposes and assist with CPD queries.
- Attend training committee and L&D-related meetings.
- Occasionally travel to other UK offices.
Senior Learning & Development Specialist Experience Required:- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within professional services.
- A passion for learning and development.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- A proactive and positive team player attitude.
- Flexibility, dedication, and strong service ethic.
- The ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
