Term Time Only (36 hours a week over 40 weeks a year)

We are recruiting for the following positions:

• 1x at Kingston College
• 1x at Merton College

Our Senior Learning Coaches support students in achieving their learning goals and qualifications to enhance progression opportunities and life skills. They also assist with the planning and delivery of teaching sessions, learning, and assessment for learners with learning disabilities/difficulties, including autism and complex needs.

We are looking for candidates with recent experience working with and supporting students aged 16-25 with a range of needs. Flexibility in response to changing curriculum needs and individual student requirements is essential. A positive, can-do attitude and an enthusiastic personality are important, as well as effective communication skills at all levels and a high level of computer literacy.

Experience of working in a specialist school or college would be advantageous, as would experience sourcing work experience placements for young people with additional needs.
