Job Description:

My client, an award-winning, international Law Firm working with some of the world’s leading businesses, is recruiting a Senior L&D Advisor on a 12-month FTC basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an L&D professional to advance their career.

The Senior L&D Advisor will report directly to the Head of L&D and will be involved in designing and delivering blended learning programs across the firm. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing the firm’s learning and development strategy, with a focus on E-Learning and online sessions due to current circumstances.
• Supporting the L&D team in running planned training sessions for Business Services and Lawyers.
• Liaising with speakers and reviewing training sessions.
• Assisting the Head of L&D in creating professional skills courses, delivering internal training, and performing ad-hoc duties.
• Developing coaching strategies and managing coaching logistics, including relationship matching.
• Communicating with lawyers to ensure training is up-to-date and maintaining qualification spreadsheets.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar role within a Law Firm or Professional Services environment, with a proven track record in designing and delivering blended learning materials. They should be client-focused, credible with senior staff, experienced in negotiation and influencing, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong relationship-building skills and a positive attitude are essential.
