The Southfield Trust is looking to appoint a full-time Teacher with Senior Management responsibilities from January 2027, subject to a six-month probation. The role is based at Summerdown School with potential duties across Trust sites.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified teacher with QTS or QTLS status.
• Proven team leadership skills.
• Innovative, creative and passionate about learners.
• Able to develop independence, communication and self-regulation.
• Commitment to working with parents, carers and professionals.
• Collaborative in supporting wider work of the school and Trust.
• ECTs will not be considered for this post.
