Job summary

EACH Counselling invites applications for the Head of Services and Quality role at its Head Office in Ealing, with the requirement to work across sites. Remote working may be necessary and you may be required to work from any of EACH's locations.

This permanent, full-time post offers a salary of £52,000–£58,000 per annum (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting) and 37.5 hours per week. The role provides strategic and operational oversight of services, quality systems and performance.

Qualifications

• Track record of operational and service leadership and/or management within the voluntary/charity, health, social care or public sector.
• Leadership or management qualification at Level 5 or equivalent, or substantial experience.
• Experience managing services or teams with line management responsibilities.
• Demonstrable experience of quality assurance or service improvements affecting outcomes.
• Experience working with funders, commissioners, local partnerships and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight of EACH's services, quality systems and performance.
• Lead services and managers to drive improvements and outcomes.
• Collaborate with funders, commissioners and partners to strengthen service delivery.
