Allenbourn Middle School seeks an ambitious Lead Practitioner to join our senior leadership team from April 2027 or sooner. The successful candidate will shape teaching and learning across the school, contribute to safeguarding and inclusion, and lead with a focus on continuous improvement and high standards of behaviour and attainment.

You will work within our strong SLT, developing a clear strategic direction, supporting colleagues, and driving curricular excellence to secure consistently
