Formación

• Senior leadership experience in governance, quality or patient safety
• Proven ability to drive patient safety improvements and organisational learning
• Experience with incident investigations and regulatory compliance

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational leadership for governance, patient safety and risk across divisions
• Embed PSIRF and NHS Patient Safety Strategy
• Oversee incident management, investigations and learning actions
• Support divisional governance functions including risk management, audits and complaints
• Prepare high-quality assurance reports for committees and the Trust Board
