Qualifications

• Experience in governance, patient safety and quality improvement across a clinical division.
• Ability to produce governance reporting and assurance information.
• Knowledge of risk management, incident reporting and clinical audit principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident management, complaints, risk registers and governance reporting.
• Lead learning reviews and investigations under PSIRF framework.
• Ensure divisional risks are managed, escalated and monitored.
• Prepare governance dashboards and assurance information for meetings.
• Support regulatory compliance with CQC standards and other requirements.
