Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) seeks a Head of Clinical Governance Analytics to provide senior leadership for its governance intelligence function. You will guide the incident and data team and oversee high-quality dashboards and reports supporting patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory assurance.

You will lead the quality chapter of the Integrated Performance Report and CQC dashboards, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Master’s level knowledge in information analysis and health intelligence.
• Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to analytics and governance.
• Specialist knowledge of information analysis, data quality and reporting in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for the clinical governance intelligence function.
• Lead incident and data team; oversee reports and dashboards for patient safety and quality improvement.
• Translate complex data into actionable intelligence for assurance and improvement across the Trust.
• Support delivery of Integrated Performance Reports and regulatory dashboards.
