Brixham College invites applications for a Senior Leader to join the Senior Leadership Team at a pivotal stage in our journey. This role focuses on delivering whole-school impact, shaping strategy and developing leadership across the school.

Working with the Principal and Trust leadership, you will influence strategy, foster high standards of behaviour and achievement, and drive improvements that benefit every pupil. A dynamic, ambitious environment awaits on the beautiful South Devon coast.
