As a Senior Lead Data Lake Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Technology, Chief Data and Analytics Office Development Team, you will play a pivotal role in an agile team committed to enhancing, developing, and delivering high-quality, reliable technology products securely, stably, and scalably. Your skills in problem-solving and your extensive technical knowledge will be utilized to tackle a broad spectrum of challenges across diverse technologies and applications, significantly influencing the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support to the business, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Create complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design principles.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code; review and debug code written by team members.
• Drive decisions influencing product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes.
• Contribute actively to the engineering community by advocating firmwide frameworks, tools, and SDLC practices.
• Influence peers and decision-makers to consider and adopt leading-edge technologies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with proficient advanced experience.
