Conrad Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Senior Architect for their Central London practice. You will lead design teams, manage programmes, and act as the main client contact, delivering high-quality residential projects within higher-risk building contexts.

The role focuses on the creative and technical direction of the studio, with hybrid working, and opportunities to grow within a leading AJ100 practice.

Formación

• UK qualified architect with 10+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience on projects and frameworks with construction values between £5M and £50M.
• Confident, organised and proactive with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Extensive site experience including contract administration.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of design teams and ensure quality from inception to completion.
• Act as primary client contact with professional communication.
• Prepare and review programmes and delivery objectives.
• Forecast fees, costs and risks; manage resources and programs.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to studio creative direction.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to bids and proposals.
• Present work to clients in an engaging, professional manner.
• Represent the practice at conferences and industry events.
