Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Sr. Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join the Corporate Sector – Enterprise Technology Egress.

You will apply deep infrastructure knowledge, lead a high-performing team, and drive proxy/security solutions across the organization, mentoring junior staff and shaping standards. Role requires 8+ years of hands-on experience with Broadcom/Bluecoat proxies, secure web gateways, and scripting for automation; strong networking and REST API skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure disciplines concepts and 8+ years applied experience.

Responsibilities

• Client and Stakeholder management including client consultations, communication of expected completion dates and ongoing expectation management
• Contribute to process management and improvement within the team by updating and creating documentation and runbooks in line with engineering standards
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Proxy issues
• Collaborate with other IT & business teams to align proxy solutions with organizational goals
• Contribute to change management process improvement by building standardized change implementation templates
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
