Qualifikationen

• Formal training or certification in infrastructure disciplines.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Hyper-V at scale and related clustering/topologies.
• Strong automation skills for provisioning, config, patching and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Architect Hyper-V cluster designs across global pools and WSFC configurations.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, patching, and decommissioning using PowerShell and platform APIs.
• Develop and enhance a C#/.NET 8 workload management platform for automation.
• Benchmark compute and storage performance to guide capacity decisions.
• Diagnose full-stack issues across compute, storage, networking, and hypervisor layers.
• Evaluate server BOMs for Hyper-V suitability with性能 feedback.
• Harden environments with security partners to enforce baselines at scale.
• Document reference architectures, decision records, and runbooks.
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews to raise platform quality.
