• Conduct job evaluations and support compensation and reward processes.
• Produce HR insights and reporting to inform decision-making.
• Manage HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to talent, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion programmes across the firm.
