Senior/Lead Event Producer

A global production agency whom I have the pleasure of working with are seeking an experienced Senior Producer. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in managing events across private clients and luxury brands with a strong understanding of Production.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects end-to-end, including client liaison, budget management, and supplier coordination.
2. Cultivate strong relationships with clients.
3. Handle guest management, including communication, guest movements, travel, and special requests.
4. Collaborate with the Creative Team to bring a client’s vision to life within their budget requirements.
5. Create, develop, and effectively communicate schedules and deliverables for each event.
6. Deliver events that exceed client expectations while meeting the target bottom line.
7. Provide post-event reports for each project, from pre-production to event wrap-up.
8. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Experience:

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in event production, managing budgets over £500k.
2. Previous experience in the luxury sector across various event types.
3. Experience working overseas, particularly in the US, and managing multiple currencies.
4. Confident in pitching, writing, and presenting ideas clearly, both internally and externally.
5. Strong understanding of technical requirements for large-scale projects, with the ability to confidently brief suppliers and communicate visions with clients.
6. A keen interest in and understanding of the luxury market.
7. Knowledge of requirements for high-end events in corporate, fashion, and private client sectors.
8. A ‘black book’ of industry contacts in London and globally.
9. Discreet, professional, and articulate, with excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
10. Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
11. Meticulous attention to detail, meeting the highest standards for the most particular clients.
12. Flexible and adaptable, able to meet tight deadlines and changing requirements.
13. Strong MS Skills, particularly Excel.
