Job summary

Chroma Recruitment partners with a major UK digital business in Manchester to hire a Senior/Lead Data Scientist for a contract outside IR35. You will build and deploy production‑grade ML models that drive measurable business impact and bridge technical delivery with commercial outcomes.

We’re looking for hands-on experts in churn prediction, customer segmentation, next best action, and time series forecasting, with strong Python, Databricks, MLflow, and CI/CD experience.

We're working with a major UK digital business going through a huge Data & AI transformation and we're looking to speak with genuinely commercial Data Scientists who have built and deployed models that drive measurable business impact.

This is not a “research-only” role or a pure POC environment — they need someone who has delivered production-grade ML solutions at scale.
